We’re not preparing young people for the workforce. 1 in 4 people currently do not network. Youth make up 13% of the U.S. population.

Networking is a powerful asset. Nearly 80% of jobs are filled through networking while 50% of today's professionals develop connections without a LinkedIn profile.
