I want to live in a world where we can teach and empower youth, people like me, the skills needed to be successful. As a servant leader, who works tirelessly to make a difference whether in school or the community, I want to connect, inspire, and change lives. I love to travel, stay engaged in the latest political discourse, and learn something new in my spare time.

As Executive Director, I'm not only responsible for fundraising, marketing, and overseeing our strategic plan but also manage a team of talented individuals who support and believe in our core values. Be The Change Venture is more than a company-we're a network that provides an opportunity for young people to create meaningful work within their community and one day the world.

Born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska, a town of 24,000 in the Northeastern part of the state. From my grandparents, I learned the of the value and reward of helping one’s community. Their mentorship and wisdom have guided me along the path of youth leadership and civic involvement, from city council to State Legislature. At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, I have used my education in political science and internship opportunities to affirm my commitment and dedication to civic engagement and public service

I am a native of Cleveland, Ohio, but am currently a senior at Howard University. My interest in joining Be The Change Venture stems from my passion of public service and mentorship. I believe that giving our youth the tools necessary to ensure their future success is key in dismantling the stigma surrounding underrepresented communities. As a member of the team I hope to expand our mission, reach, and impact to those who are as enthralled as I am about the importance of networking and professional development support to our youth.
